Newly build 2022 Penthouse apartment located in the city center of Schiedam. The house comes serviced with a fully equipped and extravagant modern equipped kitchen with good coffee or thee, complete with bath robes and thick luscious towels, with a golden touch. This luxurious and romantic studio is perfect for 2 people with 1 double sized bed.

The space

Our penthouse appartment is designed in an open floor plan where all the beds and sofa beds are situated in a balanced way where both sleeping and living areas melt together as a prefect place to rest after a long busy day.

In this open floor plan we have one luxurious double bed box spring bed for 2 persons. Baby cot is only available on early reseveration and request.

So if you wish to come with your family, partner or business, who can appreciate to spend some quality time closer together, or any business in city centre, then this is the ideal place for you
