SWIMMING POOL SCHEDULE (as of now) FRIDAY close - whole day cleaning time MON to THURS, SAT to SUN. Pool is closed every Friday for maintenance and sanitation purposes.
The pool and gym may be closed at any time without prior notice for maintenance and sanitation.

PARKING
Pay parking – Eastwood Mall basement pay parking (50 pesos first three hours 10 per hr for the 4th and 5th succeeding hr 20 per hr for the 6th hour onwards. 50 pesos flat rate on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays

Flat rate Overnight charges 150 + parking fee Overnight charges will apply if customers, parking customers, or visitor park their vehicle on an hourly basis before 12mn and leave beyond 12pm of the following day

Check-in Time: 2:00 PM
Check-out: 12:00 PM

EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT FEE — we allow early check-ins or late check-outs depending if there’s a guest before you or after you, respectively. For early check-ins, we charge a Php100 per hour from the standard check-in time. For late check-outs, we only allow 30 minutes to one (1) hour of extension at no extra cost.

Please note that only light cooking is allowed in the unit. Cooking food with strong oder is not allowed. No smoking inside the unit.

Guests are encouraged to clean/make up the room during use. Cleaning materials and supplies are provided and are free to use during your stay.

By booking this unit, you acknowledge that any damages caused during your stay will be liable and charged to you.
