A place with 4 bedrooms, 3 toilets with bathroom, living hall and kitchen. Also, we provide a 12-seaters dining space for family gathering ❤️. All the bedrooms and living room are providing full air-con. Besides, water-heater are also providing in all bathrooms. 2 living room situated both ground floor and second storey.

Cleanliness of the homestay is to be observed all the times. We have right charge extra cleaning fees if find out inside very dirty during check out

Steamboat is allow to have in house! We do have electrical stove in the house for usage.
Please help for cleaning it after finishing. Else extra RM100 cleaning fees will be charged!

And smoking in the House is NOT ALLOW!
RM200 will be penalty if smoking in the house!

Kindly switch off all lights and air conditioner when leaving the homestay.

Kindly utilise with care the equipments, features and facilities of the homestay as any damages and loss will be at the guests' own cost.

Any damage or missing of the unit item will be charge following the item price list during check out.
