Located about 1 km from nearest public beach, 5 km (9 mins) from Sun World amusement park and a serviced beach, 7 km from Tuần Châu Harbor. The apartment is on the 15th floor of the building. A small but very comfortable place is well equipped for short and long stays ideally for a family or small group of friends. Has a good view to the sea, hills and the city. Services inside the building and around are very convenient too.

There are few mini marts and a bike renting on the ground floor. Outdoor swimming pool (paid and opened in summer only) is inside the building area. Kid's playground, coffee shops, restaurants, fitness center, ATM are in close area. Ha Long night market is about 5 mins walk away.

To get to the most places around you will need to use car, motor bike (you can rent at ground floor of the building) or taxi. We also share our kick scooters if you need to travel short distances.

For guests who stay for more than 10 days we provide cleaning up the room once a week on Sunday. If you would like more often (or on demand) we would have to charge 150,000 vnd (about 6.5 usd) per time.
