1. Guests are expected to take care of the equipment and furniture in my Home. Any loss or damage of items will be charged according to the actual costs of replacement.
2. Please do not lose the access card and keys. A charge of RM150 will be imposed for the loss of each access card.
3. Please switch off all the lights and air-conditioning before leaving the House.
4. Please be considerate at night. Kindly keep noise levels low after 10pm.
5. Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight
6. No smoking inside the House please.
7. Only light cooking is allowed. Kindly clean up after usage.
8. Kindly leave your shoes in the shoe rack provided.
9.Extra floor mattress charges Rm30 per set(need inform early)
