AMENITIES
The apartment is located on the ground floor and has a private balcony. It has 2 beds and 1 sofa cum bed and can sleep 5 people comfortably.
It includes
- WIFI in all the rooms
- A fully functional kitchen where you can prepare your meal: it has all the appliances like the hob, microwave, fridge, kettle & toaster, dinnerware, silverware, cups, pots, and pans. The kitchen also has a washing machine in case you need to do laundry.
- A living room with flat screen TV, a full size sofa and a sofa cum bed.
- 2 bedrooms, one of the bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and the second bathroom does not have a en-suite bathroom. There are comfortable double size beds with luxurious linen and a wardrobe for storage of your luggage and clothes ( there is a wardrobe in only 1 bedroom). The bathrooms have towels & toiletries.
- A balcony with 2 chairs and a table, perfect to enjoy the sunset.
- An inverter which will power the fans, basic lights and 2 charging points for 3 to 4h in case of a power outage (no GENSET)
- The apartment also has extras like a clothes’ drying stand and an iron with ironing board

HOUSEKEEPING & SERVICES
Housekeeping includes cleaning of the apartment once a day between 9:30 am to 5:30 pm. Towels and linen are provided as part of your stay. Please note that, in our efforts to preserve water, we change towels and linen only upon request with a maximum of after every 3 nights.

MONTHLY STAYS
We offer monthly discounts for long stays - to avail these discounts, utilities have to be borne by the guest (electricity, internet, laundry of linen & towels). We collect a Rs. 20,000 security deposit at the time of check-in against these.

NETWORK
Please note that Jio works well in the area but VI and Airtel have very limited range ( Inside the apartment network is the issue hence WiFi is been provided)

Housekeeping Manager and the housekeeping team will be available between 9.30 am and 6.00 pm daily for any ongoing query during your stay. Our guest relationship manager will be present for the check-in and check-out and on the phone for any issue during your stay.

Reis Magos is the perfect location for those who want to experience the beauty of the natural environment of Goa, enjoy time with their loved ones and relax, yet not be too far from the action (Candolim is 15 min drive and Calangute is 20 min drive). Especially during the rains, one will appreciate Reis Magos’s beautiful narrow winding lanes in the midst of vibrant greenery which suddenly open on large fields. The village is bordered by the Mandovi River on one side and by the Arabian Sea on the other.

We put together some recommendations below - however, Goa being highly seasonal, do check online/ call before heading to each place to ensure it is open!

BEACHES
- Coco beach is a mere 10 min drive from the property but is not suitable for swimming and swimmers must be careful as the beach has a steep gradient which quickly takes into the deep waters. However, from this beach depart boat rides to go onto the Mandovi river or dolphin watching.
- Candolim beach, on the other side, will be a 15 min drive. It is a popular and beautiful beach with many beach restaurants to enjoy a day out (Calamari is a good option for lunch).
- Calangute beach is the next one on the coast, extremely popular! We particularly like the ambiance at Pousada by the beach (a little away from the bustling beach).

FOOD & ENTERTAINMENT
- Reis Magos offers some of the best local food very nearby: Spice Goa, Bhatti Village, Rita’s bar or the Lazy Goose alongside the river are the best spots. Fisherman’s Cove in Candolim also serves very good Goan food.
- The very famous Burger Factory is 5 min drive away from the apartment
- For Asian food within 10-15 min drive of the property, we recommend: Wok & Roll and Republic of Noodles.
- The best steaks in town are at House of Lloyds.
- Live music & drinks happen at Cantare (everyday except Wed), Cavala (retro - Th/Fr/Sat/Sun) & Cohiba bar & kitchen
- In Panjim, 20 min drive away, you can dine at Black Market or eat tapas and drink cocktails at Miguel's.

PARTIES & CASINOS
- LPK Club is popular by the youngsters who want to spend night to party along the river. Sinq in Candolim is another popular one.
- As far as casinos are concerned, you will be 3min drive from the Deltin Jetty & 17min from the Casino Pride.

DISCOVERING
- Do spend 1 day in Panjim to visit the church and walk around Fountainhas (the latin quarter). You can stop for lunch at Cafe Bodega (outdoor seating in a beautiful Portuguese house with art exhibitions)
- The Dudhsagar waterfalls are a MUST SEE! It’s one of the most scenic waterfalls in India (300m high and 30m wide). 60 km from Panjim, the falls are located in the Bhagwan Mahaveer Sanctuary and Mollem National Park among the Western Ghats.
- Reis Magos Fort (16th century) is in the same neighborhood as our property and is worth visiting along with the nearby Reis Magos Church (first church in Bardez)
- The village is also famous for the annual feast of our Lady of Remedies celebrated in full splendor in Nov.

Our guest relation manager will be happy to provide you with car/bike rentals/taxi contacts. There is also a bus stop just outside the property with frequent buses to Panjim and Candolim/Calangute Beach. If you get off at Betim, you can catch the ferry across the Mandovi river to Panjim city.

GROCERIES – We will share with you the phone number of a local vendor who delivers groceries to the building. The closest market to buy groceries is Verem, 3 min drive from the apartment complex. For a larger supermarket, head to Newtons or Delfinos, 10 min drive.

PARKING - Free parking available at the entrance of the property (first come, first served basis)

MEALS – We can provide you the phone number of a cook on call (she charges on cost for the ingredient and adds a preparation fee, she is very reasonable). Else, Swiggy or Zomato delivers to the building.

LATE CHECK-OUT & EARLY CHECK-IN is chargeable and will depend on availability of the apartment at that time. Message us 2 days in advance and we will be able to tell you whether it is possible or not.
