A simple and cozy 30sqm Studio Condo Apartment located on the 54th floor of the popular luxury Gramercy Residences - which is amongst the tallest buildings in the Philippines with 73 floors (tallest residential building after Trump Tower, and 4th overall tallest building in the country).
** PLEASE NOTE: Adults and children from 2 years old are included in the head count. Infants of under 2 years are not included in the head count, and are not provided their own bed space. They are required to share a bed space. Only ONE infant of under 2 years old is allowed per (URL HIDDEN)

There is no washing machine in the condo apartment. However, there is a laundry service available in Basement 2 (B2) Floor in the same building.

There are CCTV cameras monitoring just outside all apartment units and throughout the complex, and we have security guards on watch 24/7 just for your peace of mind.

••• ACCESS CARD •••

Guests are required to register for an Access Card. For added security purposes, Access Cards allow guests elevator access to the amenity floors and the condo unit floor.
Before day of check-in, guests are required to submit a copy of their government ID to the host, which will be then submitted to the condo complex's admin with access authorisation to the unit and complex by the unit owner. The photo in the ID will also be used for the Access Card. There is a processing fee of 300 pesos per card. This fee will be included in the cleaning fee. PLEASE NOTE: If the Access Card gets lost, damaged or not returned upon check-out, there will be a charge of 3,500 pesos per card (3,000 pesos for lost access card payment, 300 pesos processing fee and 200 pesos for affidavit of loss). Guests' personal Access Card will be available for pick up at the lobby's reception upon checking-in.
Please note: Access Cards are not transferable - which means no one else other than the person whose name and photo on the card can not use the card. If used by someone else, you may be penalised of 5,000 pesos and can be banned from the complex with no refund.
These are inline with the regulations of The Gramercy Residences complex management - not the owner/host.

We respect our guests' space and privacy. So once checked-in, guests are left on their own during the duration of their stay.
However, I am available to contact via agoda at anytime if guests have any enquiries, or encounter any problems.
• CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE:
Myself and/or representative will be present to personally check-in guests (at the agreed times).
Best way to get around is using Grab (just like Uber). Just download the Grab App on your smart phone.
Other alternatives are:
- metered taxis (make sure they charge by the meter and not give fixed rates as this is a scam).

••• ROOM CLEANING •••
--------------------------
Please note included in the total booking fee is a one time cleaning for before your check-in. If guests wish for room cleaning DURING their stay, it will be at the expense and request of our guests. Please contact the host at least 48 hours in advance to schedule a room clean. We outsource our cleaning to a trusted cleaning company that we regularly use. Their fees are the following: 600 pesos for minimum two hours (includes use of cleaning products), and then 100 pesos for each additional hour on top. This does not include clean bedsheets and towels. Clean bedsheets and towels is an additional of 250 pesos.
Guests who stay on a weekly bases will be provided upon check-in an extra set of clean bed sheets and towels at no additional charge. However, if guests wish to request new bedsheets and towels outside this time frame, there will be a charge of 250 pesos for a set of clean bedsheets and four bath towels if the request is made at least 48 hours before check-in. If requested already during the stay, it will cost 350 pesos in total to include additional charges for a delivery courier to deliver the clean bedsheets and towels.
