Our apartment can be access from Valencia, Bacong and even Dumaguete City. Just drive around the Valencia-Bacong National Highway. From Valencia Proper its meters away before approaching the 2nd steel bridge. And if you are from the town of Bacong, it is meters away after the 1st steel bridge.
