Enjoy a day out exploring Eastwood City's amazing restaurants, bars, and retail outlets and then wind down at our artsy chic studio fitted with up to 300 Mbps Fibr-fast WiFi great for movie marathons on a 55" 4K Android Smart TV, with a kitchenette, a heated shower, and a gorgeous sunrise view.

Our place sleeps 4 comfortably with a queen-size bed & queen-size sleeper sofa.

Located on a high east-facing floor with full-sized windows, you'll see a peek of the Marikina River to your left and the Sierra Madre mountains in Antipolo on the horizon. Pull back the curtains and soak in lots of natural light or watch the bustling nightlife at Eastwood after dark.

Two Cesca chairs and a tulip dining table serve as your dining space, plus extra stools. Sit comfortably on the sofa, or pull out the queen-size sofa bed to kick back and enjoy your movie marathon with our complimentary Netflix access.

The queen-size bed sits low and plush with pillows and a soft duvet for a good night's sleep. The 55" Android Smart TV across the bed is outfitted with Netflix, YouTube, etc. Just point the remote to you like a mic and press the voice control button to tell them what you want to watch.

There are mugs, dishes, glasses, and cooking essentials in the cupboards if you fancy cooking/dining in and ordering takeout, but we love to recommend dining out at Eastwood. Feel free to ask us for recommendations.

The bathroom is equipped with a heated shower, a bidet, toiletries, and towels.

Guests can access the communal pool, gym, spa on the 7th floor, and sky gardens at the condo. The pool is open to guests from 6AM - 10PM, TUE - FRI. Note: Paid access for the 3rd guest onwards is payable to the 7th-floor concierge.

Eastwood is a well-designed township and an extremely walkable neighbourhood. That said, there's a free shuttle stop just outside the lobby, where a bus will take you around.
Parking Rates:
P50 for the first 3 hours, P20 for the next 2 hours, and P20 for the 6th hour and onwards.

The condo admin requires all guests to submit copies of their valid IDs and vaccination cards and sign a crime-free lease agreement. Guests will also need to deposit their ID to exchange a guest pass for their stay, which will be returned upon check-out.
