A place with 4 bedrooms, 3 toilets with bathroom, living hall and kitchen. Also, we provide a dining space for family gathering ❤️. All the bedrooms and living room are providing full air-con. Besides, water-heater are also providing in all bathrooms. 2 living room situated both ground floor and second storey.
Barbecue pit will be ready outside, prepare for charcoal.
Cleanliness of the homestay is to be observed all the times. We have right charge extra cleaning fees if find out inside very dirty during check out
Steamboat is allow to have in house! We do have electrical stove in the house for usage. Please help for cleaning it after finishing. Else extra RM100 cleaning fees will be charged!
And smoking in the House is NOT ALLOW! RM200 will be penalty if smoking in the house!
Kindly switch off all lights and air conditioner when leaving the homestay.

The house near to the garden, garden allow to park more vehicle. This is a comfort environment with gated & guarded, surrounding with shop & farm. Tips: Wake up early like 7am, enjoy the morning sunshine frm Sea & clean air surroundings the farm
By using car for Getting around is the most convenient way, as u may drop by to a few venue nearby, Desaru Fruit Farm, SKS mall, Maslee Mart, Desaru Public beach or Westin Beach, seafood sungai Rengit.
