Khanom Beach Residence is in Khanom, a calm and charming fishing village. The apartment is situated on the beach,with only a nice pool area between the apartments and the ocean.This is the perfect destination if you're looking for a peaceful holiday.

Khanom Beach Residence is situated directly on the 9 kilometres long Nadan beach. The apartment is 108 sqm, and is nicely decorated with a mix of Scandinavia and Thailand.
The apartment is spacious and fully furnished.The kitchen is well-equipped. The apartments have roof terrace, garden and a really nice poolarea viewing the sea.
If you look for a quiet getaway with a fantastic beach, pool area and a spacious apartment, this is the place.

There is free parking in the garage.
There are no taxis in Khanom, but both cars and mopeds can be rented, or else you can be driven to whereever you want to go.

There is always staff present to help.

As we live in Norway, we don't have the opportunity to check for i.e toilet paper and soap in between each guest. We highly recommend you to bring such items, in case the last guest didn't leave any. This can also be bought in a shop on the other side of the street from the condo, a one minute walk from the apartment.

Please note that:
Electricity, water, cleaning and laundry are NOT included in the price. This must be paid when you check out.
It is difficult to be exact when it comes to these costs as they vary from guest to guest.
As a comparison, we tend to stay there, four persons for four weeks. We usually pay around
-3000 thb in electricity
-150 thb for water
-300 thb for cleaning fee (fixed price).
