○ Access Card - this will be provided upon your arrival. It will be used as access in the building's security and in accessing the elevator going to the unit and the amenities. The access card is NON-TRANSFERRABLE and can not be borrowed by anyone since it is bearing the guest's photo. 1 access card will be provided for each (URL HIDDEN) Additional cards can be requested subject to additional production fee and security deposit (Php3,000 + Php300)
Lost card will incur Php3,000 penalty.

The building is surrounded by several commercial establishments, namely:
-The Century City Mall - accessible from the 2nd floor of the Gramercy once you have your own access card
-Convenience Stores (e.g. 711, Family Mart)- there are several just outside the building

The building also has the Centuria Medical Makati on its neighborhood.

It is also surrounded by other residential buildings such as The Trump Tower, Knightsbridge and Milano Residences.

Since the unit doesn't have it's own parking, we highly encourage our guests to book a grab, angkas or joyride instead. Taxis are also easy to hail in this location. But if you have your private vehicle, you may use the car parking of The Century Mall which is right behind The Gramercy.

We require wearing face mask in public places at all times

Housekeeping can be requested. Booking of housekeeping should be made 1-day prior. It will be charged separately. Basic housekeeping includes floor sweeping, vacuum, and floor mopping.
