Located on the outskirts of Paris, a few steps from line 7 of the metro, this charming apartment is the ideal starting point for anyone wishing to explore Paris, the City of Light.

## Housing

As soon as you enter the apartment, a pretty little equipped kitchen is available to you. Convenient for preparing a hot drink or enjoying a good homemade dish.

You will then be welcomed into the main room where you will find a large double bed, a comfortable armchair, a flat-screen television, and a table for taking meals. Perfect for unwinding after a long day.

The apartment is circular.

The bathroom (shower, WC) adjoins the 2 bedrooms.
A washing machine is also at your disposal (provide detergent and fabric softener)

The visit continues with a large bedroom (King Size bed). You will find a wardrobe and an office space.

Finally there is another small bedroom with 2 single beds.

## Access

You will have access to the entire accommodation (44m2).

The key will be in the secure lock-box, located just at the door of the apartment.
The lock-box code changes regularly and I will send it to you after payment of the security deposit (300€) and this payment must be made only by IBAN / BIC (SWIFT) transfer. I will send you very quickly my IBAN

The refund will be made on the day of departure.
The security deposit will be fully refunded in cash, if no damage has been found by the property.

## Transportation

Well served by public transport, the apartment is located 500m from the Métro Mairie d'Ivry (line 7) and the RER C Ivry (direct to reach Orly airport, Notre Dame, the Musée d'Orsay, Eiffel Tower...)
Just at the foot of Bus 132 which takes you in 5 minutes to the Bibliothèque François Mitterrand metro (line 14) which crosses all of Paris.

Possibility to park in the street for 4€/day. Free on Sunday.
Otherwise, there is an Indigo car park near the Mairie d'Ivry metro station.

Note the presence of a bike rental station (Vélib) which is right next door.

## The Neighborhood

There are also many local shops in the area: supermarket, shopping center, restaurants, pharmacies, bakeries...

And if you like to walk, a short 15-minute walk will take you to Paris' Chinatown.

Situé à la périphérie de Paris, à quelques pas de la ligne 7 du métro, ce charmant appartement est le point de départ idéal pour tous ceux qui souhaitent explorer Paris, la Ville Lumière.

## Le Logement

Dès l'entrée dans l'appartement, une jolie petite cuisine équipée s'offre à vous. Pratique pour vous préparer une boisson chaude ou déguster un bon petit plat maison.

Vous serez ensuite accueillis dans la pièce principale où vous y trouverez un grand lit double, un fauteuil confortable, une télévision à écran plat, une table pour prendre les repas. Parfait pour se détendre après une longue journée.

L'appartement est circulaire.

La salle d'eau (douche, WC) est attenante aux 2 chambres.
Une machine à laver est également à votre disposition (prévoir lessive et adoucissant)

La visite continue avec une grande chambre (lit King Size). Vous y trouverez une penderie et un espace bureau.

Il y a enfin une autre petite chambre avec 2 lits simples.

## Accès

Vous aurez accès au logement entier (44m2).

La clef sera dans la boite à clef sécurisée, située juste au niveau de la porte de l'appartement.
Le code de la boite à clef change régulièrement et je vous le transmets après le paiement du dépôt de garantie (300€) et ce paiement doit être fait uniquement par transfert IBAN / BIC (SWIFT). Je vous envoie très rapidement mon IBAN.

Le remboursement sera effectué le jour du départ en espèces, si aucun dommage n'a été constaté par l'établissement.

## Transports

Bien desservi par les transports en commun, l’appartement est situé à 500m du Métro Mairie d'Ivry (ligne 7) et du Rer C Ivry (direct pour rejoindre l'aéroport d'Orly, Notre Dame, le Musée d’Orsay, la Tour Eiffel...)
Juste au pied du Bus 132 qui vous emmène en 5mn au métro Bibliothèque François Mitterrand (ligne 14) qui traverse tout Paris.

Possibilité de se stationner dans la rue pour 4€/jour. Gratuit le dimanche.
Il y a sinon un parking Indigo près du métro Mairie d'Ivry.

Notez la présence d'une station de location de vélos (Vélib) qui se trouve juste à côté.

## Le Quartier

Dans le quartier se trouve également de nombreux commerces de proximité: supermarché, centre commercial, restaurants, pharmacies, boulangeries...

Et si vous aimez marcher, une courte promenade de 15 minutes vous mènera au quartier chinois de Paris.
