1. 4 bedrooms – each with queen size beds and with extra queen size floor mattress. All rooms have aircon with own toilet and bath with heater and Balcony.
2. entertainment room with t&b, heater, TV and sofabed and AC. Also serve as sleeping area.
3. living and dining room – spacious area with sofa and TV, 8 seater dining table, overlooking the pool and beach.
4. toilet and bath with water heater, bidet, basic toiletries, handwash (note: towels are not provided)
5. kitchen – gas range, ref, microwave, rice cooker, cooking utensils, complete dinnerware (plates,pots & pans, glasses, cups, fork & spoon), KANGEN WATER, dishwashing liquid
6. balcony – 6 seater coffee table overlooking the pool and beach
We provide limited pillows and blankets. If you are a group of more than 14 pax, please bring
extra beddings for your comfort.
THINGS TO BRING:
- towels (for hygienic reason)
- swimwear and beach shoes
- toiletries: toilet napkins, shampoo, soap, toothpaste, toothbrush etc
- food & condiments (you can cook, we have complete kitchen utensils)
- other drinks (we provide FREE KANGEN WATER)
- ice (if you need)
- charcoal (if you will grill)
GUEST ACCESS
Pool is open 7am until 9pm ONLY,
Beach is open 7am until 5pm ONLY

No pets allowed in the property.
No smoking inside the house and in the property.
Other things to note
1. Please send all the guests’ names, age and car details (make,model, color, plate nos. I will submit these info to the village Manager who would endorse to the guards at the entrance gate to expect your arrival. (Unlisted names, and car details will not be allowed to enter the village entrance gate.)
2. Our Holiday rate is the same as the weekend rate except Christmas, New Year and Holy Week
and where rates are a bit higher and with minimum of 2 nights stay.
