Moonrise Villa Siargao is a 2 beedroom beachfront house located in front of a surf spot, in General Luna, Siargao. Watch breathtaking moonrises and wake up daily to spectacular sunrises, the sound of the waves, and the view of early surfers from your bed.

Ideal for remote work (Wifi is great and we count with a workstation), for groups or families, the property has a 500 sqm private garden with different spaces, a private pool, fully equipped kitchen, an outdoor living area, 2 sofas, and a private beach.

IDEAL FOR GROUPS AND FAMILIES
Our Villa is perfect for group of friends since we can accommodate comfortably up to 6 people. You can cook and dine in our dining area facing the ocean.

A REMOTE WORK HAVEN
We are lucky enough to enjoy a privileged internet connection (to island standards) that allows excellent online work (we reach up to 100mbps in some parts of the house, especially in the working station) and most streaming services. Moonrise Villa counts with a working desk with ocean view inside the room and an ergonomic chair You can switch from indoor work with AC or outdoor work on the multiple spaces outside.

ROOM 1
The house counts with a 25 sqm A/C bedroom with a king-size bed with ocean view. Wake up to the sunrise and the sound of the waves, or enjoy a movie with our 65 inch Samsung TV in a rainy day.

The are two more single-size beds in the same room for additional guests. The comfort room has two spaces, one with the toilet and a larger lavatory room with a shower and two sinks.

ROOM 2
The second room is a 20 sqm Aircon room with a queen-size bed, a 55 inch Samsung TV, and a working station facing the ocean, and private bathroom. It has private access from the garden area.

OCEAN OR POOL?
Swim in our pool, or in the ocean thanks to our private access to the beach at the surf spot of Tuason.

THE GARDEN
The property has a huge 500 sqm garden facing the ocean with multiple spaces and night lighting.

OUTDOOR LIFE
The outdoor area has two wooden decks, including a dining area that can be used for co-working, as well as an ocean-facing sofa and a coffee table.

COOK AND DINE
Moonrise Villa has a spacious kitchen with a stove, a large refrigerator, a cooking area, and a bar. Keep in mind that this house is the permanent residence of the host, so the kitchen has a complete set of high-quality utensils, pans, wine/whisky/water glasses required for a real home experience. Special care with all utilities and house equipment is required for all our guests.
