In order to maintain high standards of our properties amenities and ensure that you have a pleasant stay with us, our maintenance team conducts periodical inspections of all of our apartments every 14 days. If your stay happens to be within the day the inspection is scheduled, we will contact you to confirm the ideal time prior to their visit to avoid disturbing your stay.

Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall MRT station is about 20 minutes walk. A designated FREE parking is available.

Taxis are readily available most of the time.

This is a self-serviced/catered apartment. As such, breakfast is not included, However, the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen for your convenience.

The cleaning fee DOES NOT cover cleaning services during your stay. If you wish to have cleaning during your stay we can arrange it for you. Cleaning is charged an additional $40 per cleaning which is to be booked minimum 2 days in advance.
