- Guest require register at security guard house before enter the residence premises
- 2 vehicle able park inside the premises, other vehicle can park along the road side in front the property

- Security Deposit RM500 will be collected before arriving for check in
- Strictly following the house rules
- No smoking inside indoor area ( Penalty RM300)
- Clean the dishware & Silverware before leaving (penalty RM100)
- Extra charge will be impose if house dirty (penalty RM200)
- Children use of pool with adult observation
- Do not damage the plant
