Very well located home with terrace. We are located in the most folkloric part of downtown, just a few blocks away from Parque de la Marimba. The house is cozy and the perfect option if you're are looking for a good place with a fair price with a traditional Mexican style. The ideal place if you have an adventurous soul and willing to explore the food, music and the Mexico Magico life style of Tuxtla! This is a duplex house, our family lives in the other one.

Space
The studio is located in one of the most beautiful areas in Tuxtla Gutierrez, so you will feel fascinated and comfortable due to the characteristics and accessibility of the neighborhood. We are close to the Marimba's park, which is one of the highlights of the city, in a quite downtown street. We have the perfect location if you are planning to visit Canyon del Sumidero and the major attractions of the city and Chiapas.

Guest access
The studio is fully equipped with the required amenities to make the best for your staying, it is a studio with 4 hammocks, garden, terrace and grill. Ask for availability in case you need a parking lot. Internet and cable TV works perfectly in case you may need to do some home office. We provide you blankets, towels, basics, tea and coffee in order to make you feel like you are home. We have 2 lovely and friendly dogs in the garden that will make you feel beloved. To make your staying much more comfortable, we can provide you transportation to/from the airport or anywhere you need it.

My family use to give the keys of the apartment in person but sometimes due to work it is not possible to be at a specific period of time, but I have people that help me to deliver the keys and the apartment at the time that you are arriving. It is very important that you make sure to arrive at the check-in time that you provide in order to give you the keys.
