As we run as a connection with third party software host who are allowed to ask for an addition fee from guest, we may ask guest to pay $300 AUS as security deposit. As you may also noticed there will have a $300 security deposit for security deposit . The purpose of this deposit is for key, key card or remote use, and to guarantee no irregularities during guests stay. Guests must follow the house rule during the stay to insure compleat return of deposit. There are three options you can pay for it: 1.You can provide us both sides of your credit card under your reservation name, we will block a $300 pre-auth from your card directly, a receipt will be sent. 2.Payment by PayID to our business account is also available for the deposit. Should you ask more information about PayID please don’t hesitate to contact our hosts. Our hosts are available from 9:30am until 10pm everyday. 3.Pay through agoda. Please advise. (We will return your deposit in 72 hours after we clean the room.Thanks.) Property check-in time started at 3 pm and check-in instructions will be sent one day before your arrival. Early check-in is not acceptable, as we will need to make the room ready. But will keep you informed as soon as it is ready so you can check-in any time after that. Any late check-out will extra charge if not informed in advance. ************ Property rules must be strictly observed otherwise you will be fined. 1. Smoking is prohibited inside the property, $300.00 penalty will be applied if smoking is detected. 2. No pet is allowed, $350.00 penalty will be applied. 3. No parties allowed inside the property, no loud noise after 10pm, $300.00 penalty will be applied. 4. Do not wipe your cosmetics by using any of the accommodation towels, $50.00 penalty will be applied if it's detected. 5. Please clean all the used mugs and plates before check-out. 6. Please empty the rubbish bin before check-out. 7.Check-in is anytime after 3PM and check out by 10AM, fees will be charged AUD $25 for any late check out no later than 11:30am. 8. Extra cleaning fee may apply if the property too messy and dirty after guest check out. 9. You need to aware that a $300 deposit for house rule will be needed, and please notice if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $300. 10. All guests must provide Photo ID to host before check in. 11.From the restricted lockdown period, reservations only made under permitted reasons, or shelter in place and authorised reasons. Masks required all the time when guests’s accessing public areas. 12. Please release the key safe and bring it into the apartment for safety reason. There is $300 penalty if avoid to do. 13. If the smoking alarm has been removed or wrapped in a plastic bag after the guest check out, you will be fined to $300 Failure to send us these documents before check in may result in not receiving your check in instructions.
