➞ When you get to the bathroom, this is a beautiful room in itself that looks amazing and even better in person.
➞ The finish shows a sleek, modern, marble effect finish, and to a high standard. It also has the benefit of having a shower over the bath which is great if you are more of an individual who would prefer in taking a bath.
This apartment is only a 17 minutes drive away from Heathrow Airport and just over 1 hour by train, which is within a good distance of the apartments.
The distance of how long it would take in getting to the Slough business park from the apartments would be a 2 minutes drive, a 3 minutes walk away, and taking a train would only be 2 minutes. This will be very convenient for those who are travelling down for work purposes and relocating within the area.
The overall neighborhood on a whole is a great place in wanting to stay, as it is not too loud but not too quiet. With it also being within a good distance of food places, shopping centers, grocery stores and much more!

For long term bookings or anything above 6 nights in total, Luxe Your Stays will be sending out a cleaning team to ensure the apartment is maintained and well kept throughout your stay. This is something that is compulsory and part of the service that Luxe Your Stays provides. This will be an additional charge within the main booking fee, and for the extra cleaning that will be taking place every week it will cost an additional £30.

West Bromwich & Slough- This service for linen change will be compulsory and will apply to any of our guests who have booked for 6 nights or more, and it is important that the guest is made aware of this before confirming their (URL HIDDEN)

This is something that is compulsory and part of the service that Luxe Your Stays provides. This will be an additional charge within the main booking fee, and for the extra linen change that will be taking place every week it will cost an additional £20.
Late Payment Fee:
West Bromwich & Slough- Our late payment fee will apply to our guests who have requested to book directly and or who have requested to have a split payment. If the payment isn’t made on the day of extension being requested or the day when the guest is due to arrive at the property this will result in a £20 late payment fee.
Late Checkout Fee:
West Bromwich & Slough- The late checkout fees will be dependent on how late the checkout becomes from the guest. This will be the breakdown in regards to late checkout fee and measured by the amount of hours. 1 hour or less = £20 2 hours = additional £20 3 hours = additional £20 and this will be the same for 4 hours or more.
So, essentially for every hour they are late checking out an additional £20 will be added/charged.
