These apartments are only a 17 minutes drive away from Heathrow Airport and just over 1 hour by train, which is within a good distance of the apartments. This is something that is compulsory and part of the service that Luxe Your Stays provides. This will be an additional charge within the main booking fee, and for the extra cleaning that will be taking place every week it will cost an additional £30. Late Payment Fee: West Bromwich & Slough- Our late payment fee will apply to our guests who have requested to book directly and or who have requested to have a split payment. If the payment isn’t made on the day of extension being requested or the day when the guest is due to arrive at the property this will result in a £20 late payment fee. Late Checkout Fee: West Bromwich & Slough- The late checkout fees will be dependent on how late the checkout becomes from the guest. This will be the breakdown in regards to late checkout fee and measured by the amount of hours. 1 hour or less = £20 2 hours = additional £20 3 hours = additional £20 and this will be the same for 4 hours or more. So, essentially for every hour they are late checking out an additional £20 will be added/charged.
