1). OLYMPIC-SIZED POOL🏊‍♂️🏊‍♀️🏊
🔹pre-booked at pool entrance by GUEST only during pool opening hours. First Come First Served.
🔹 Each session is 1 HOUR, can book for more than 1 session.
🔹1 access card for 4 users only, 2 cards provided.
🔹MAX 110 users per session.
🔹Pool OPENS 9am-12pm, 3pm-9pm.
🔹SWIMMING SUIT is a MUST.
🔹 Swimming attire vending machine near the pool, subject to stock availability. To avoid disappointment, prepare before coming here.
🔹 No eating or drinking (except mineral water) at pool area.
🔹 Dry yourself before exiting the pool area. Changing room available.
🔹 Children below 17 must be accompanied by an adult to use pool.

🔹1 user/apartment/session. 1 more user is accepted on walk in basis if not full. First come first served.

🔹For safety reason, children 12 and below are not allowed to enter.

🔹Only BBQ pit is provided.
🔹Guest self prepare all other BBQ tools and equipments including charcoal, wire mesh.
🔹Guest clean the place, put things back into its original position.
🔹Ensure Charcoal ashes have fully cooled down, wrap them in aluminum foil then dispose of them with other rubbish in the outdoor garbage bin outside Block C.
🔹Security deposit RM100 required. Refundable (subjec to T&C) after site inspection by the management.
