Enjoy a chilling experience at this newly renovated space in Quezon City. Victoria38B!CozynChill as I named it, is a 22 sqm condo unit perfectly designed with flexibility to become 1 BedRoom to give you privacy or can be left as spacious Studio Unit. It has an accordion partition with door lock to suit your mood taste of either a bedroom or studio. Each piece of furniture and decors are thoughtfully chosen to create a minimalist visual that is cozy and elegant.

You have access to my entire unit. Once the booking is confirmed, I will send you a link for keyless entry to download the Yale App.

Guests have free access to swimming pool . However, this is STRICTLY BY RESERVATION ONE DAY PRIOR to usage. No same day (URL HIDDEN) Also POOL is closed during Monday for cleaning Day. Please book in the lobby if you want to use the pool. Swimming Pool is located in the 10th floor.

PARKING with a fee: There is a parking fee of Php 150 / per booking ( 2pm check-in till 12 noon checkout). First come first serve basis, this is a partnership with parking owner hence will be separately paid than the booking payment. Kindly mention to the host if you need parking. Payment need to be transferred to the parking owner before parking lo details will be given.

Please note that the building is still at its final stage of completion and some units are undergoing renovation and hallways will be a little messy. There is waiting time for the elevator as well. If you just want to chill, watch netflix and enjoy time with your loved ones, then this might be the perfect place for you! I look forward on hosting you
