Our villa has a unique traditional Thai layout of two floors. When you step up on the upper floor, your will find a beautiful central pavilion decorated in Thai style to relax as a common outdoor living area with the view of the serene Ping River.

There are 4 bedroom pavilions with separate bathrooms. 3 bathrooms come with shower and one with bathtub. (Our 4 bedrooms pavilions named "อยู่ ดี มี สุข" meaning healthy, lucky, wealthy, and happy. A blessing for our guests.

There is another pavilion facing our swimming pool (salt-water) for you to relax in a stylish and comfortable couch for afternoon tea or coffee as your choice.
Typical to traditional Thai Style, all the pavilions are connected by an open air terrace.

Our lower floor is a large open multi-purpose space. There is a shared kitchen, a 10 seater dining table, lounge areas to browse books, play board games and do light activities.

We also have a reconstructed 100-year wooden old barn house, or what has become fondly known as Heritage Sunset Pavilion. The best views of the river can be seen here and we encourage our guests to enjoy the sunset and watch boats cruise by with a drink in hand.

While staying with us, guests will have the exclusive use of our 12 meter saltwater pool - perfect for morning dips and swimming laps in the afternoon. Around the pool are Auspicious trees which not only provides shade but blessing to our guests as well. That's why we call it "God Bless You Pool" :)

You will have the whole upper floor of villa to yourself including all bedrooms, pavilions, swimming pool and the front garden. For the ground floor, you can use kitchen if you want with the help of our housekeeper. Hosts live on the property in the separate house to insure the security and comfort of their stay. If you would like to cook, please kindly inform the host in advance.

The neighborhood we are in is called "FaHam" (pronounced: Fah-harm) ฟ้าฮ่าม. It is a very local Chiangmai area compared to the tourist area inside the Old City คูเมือง, Nimmanhaemin นิมมาน and Thapae Gate ประตูท่าแพ. It takes just about 10-15 minutes from our place to those tourists areas. Our place is tucked away from the main road, hence more privacy for our guests. From our villa, you can walk to the Fresh local market, drug store, Tesco Lotus Express and 7-11 which opens 24 hours in just few minutes. The area is very safe to walk around in day time and night time.

Getting around
Option A - Airport pick-up service is 750 baht with a private 12-seater van. Advance reservation required. The driver will show your name sign at the airport arrival.
Option B - Taxi rental service is available on arrival ranging from different sizes of cars (compact and van). Prices are available on arrival at the airport taxi counter.
Option C - Renting a car is another choice for you since we have free parking space for you at our place.
Option D - From our place, you can also use GRAB Application to get around the city. Access your App Store to download.
Option E - Red cars/ Song Taew or tuk-tuks are available for hire for 250 baht to the city centre.

Smoking indoors is not permitted and the rooms are equipped with a smoke detector. The designated smoking area is out in the yard. Guests must dispose of cigarette buds and ash in the provided ashtray.
