Need to register as visitor at the guard house.

Approximately can park 8 - 10 cars in front of the car porch. Right opposite can the house can park another 5 cars.

PLEASE DO NOT PARK AT THE GRASS COMPOUNDS.

Please be noted that there is only one security camera in front the car porch.

You will have very spacious garden surrounded.

- Please noted that Rm1000 security deposit will be collect before arrival date, will return in 3 working days if follow house rules and nothing was damage.

- Extra charges of Rm500 - Rm1500 will applied depend on the size of group and activities/event, please refer to host.

- Every visitor will need to provide details like name, phone number and car plate before the stay. Only the registered visitor is able to access to the compound.

- Max 15 cars can be parked, please refer to host on the parking arrangement.

- Guest only can use the BBQ equipment from host with extra charge of RM200. Need to inform in advance for the arrangement.

- Host are holding the right if guests against house rules.

- Please be informed that there will be a gardener outside the house premise sometimes to do his work.
