This single-level home follows residential architecture and has spacious interiors. The aesthetics are minimalist and clutter-free. It is comfortable, calming, and welcoming. ROOM ARRANGEMENT  We have a total of 4 bedrooms in this villa that can accommodate up to 8 guests. We will only open the correct number of room(s) based on the number of guests and lock the rest of them. So, please put the correct number of guests on your reservation. The price will also go up according to the number of pax that you input. Example 1-2 guests, we are only open for 1 room 3-4 guests, we will open 2 rooms 7-8 guests, we will open all 4 rooms. WIFI Our wifi coverage is superb and the speed is up to 23Mbps. It is already good for you to work from here =) but, the wifi is sometimes spotty in some corners. KITCHEN Your kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, water dispenser, and refrigerator. Also in the kitchen area, there are 4 switches: - 2 light switches located above the dispenser - 2 switches for hot water and for water pressure. (The switch for the booster and hot water is in the kitchen area near the door.) NO PETS  We do not allow pets that can disturb neighbors and damage property. But you can request us if there are certain needs. We will reconsider your needs. PARKING SPACE Spacious street access and parking spot. Accommodate up to 2 SUV car or 1 Minibus. If you bring more, you can just park your car in front of the gate. Don't worry, it's safe. NEIGHBOURHOOD This house located in a quiet, friendly for children, and polite residential environment of Timoho. NEARBY LOCATION - 250 meters to mosque (not noisy) - 5 mins walk to Bilik Kayu Heritage Resto - 5 mins walk to Bale Timoho Resto - 7 mins walk to Maximilian Restaurant - 7 mins drive to Gembira Loka Zoo - 10 mins drive to Lempuyangan Train Station - 12 mins drive to Malioboro - 12 mins drive to Yogyakarta City - 13 mins drive to Adisucipto Airport - 14 mins drive to Kotagede - 15 mins drive to Keraton Yogyakarta, Tamansari, and Malioboro This house is located in the city but in a quiet residential neighborhood area. If you need something, there is a warung (traditional small shop) nearby and a minimarket is located 300 meter from us. This house is located in a pretty strategic place that mostly attracts tourist from all over the place. If you don't bring your own car or transportation, have no worries, we can arrange you a car rental. Supermarkets, local restaurants, and ATMs are within a walking distance. For any emergency a medical clinic and pharmacy that operates 24 hours are only 10 minutes away. Taxi from the Kulonprogo International airport costs around IDR 250,000 Taxi from train station costs around IDR 75,000 FAQ: EXTRA BED We provide extra bed with additional fee IDR 150K/bed/night. BREAKFAST We want to inform you that we don't provide breakfast. SCOOTER RENT Our onsite team can help you with scooter rental. It usually costs around IDR 80K - 100K per day without petrol, including 2 helmets. CAR RENT Full day car rental is also available with the cost at IDR 600K (around USD 47) for up to 8 hours, including driver & gasoline. Parking fees, highway fees and entrance fees (if any) are not included. Additional hours is chargeable at IDR 50K (around USD 4) per hour. Car capacity up to 6 guests without luggage. PICK-UP SERVICE We are 50 - 60 minutes from the airport. We can assist you to provide an airport pick up service with the cost at IDR 450K (around USD 31) per car with driver including gasoline, with a maximum capacity of 5 people + luggage. The driver will be waiting for you at the arrival hall by holding signage of your name. EARLY CHECK-IN Please be informed that our check-in time is at 2 PM, however, you are most welcome to arrive at an earlier time, drop your luggage first and start exploring the area while waiting for your villa to be ready. LATE CHECKOUT Please be informed that our check-out time is at 12noon. Late check-out is subject to availability and might involve extra charge as well. We might not be able to promise any late check-out service at this point however, you may leave the room and pack your luggage by noon time while our onsite team starts cleaning the room. LATE CHECK-IN We have 24hrs onsite staff. Please inform us of your ETA so that we can help you to do a late check-in.
