It's a new Double storey house located at Taman Sri Penawar, Harmonia 2 which 15-18mins drive to DESARU beach, 6 mins drive to Tanjung Balau beach and also 15-18mins drive Desaru Coast Adventure waterpark.

Our theme is Lively & refreshment style , which is the Perfect Stay in DESARU for:

- Local or overseas travellers
- Business traveler(s)

A place with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living hall and kitchen. The house is fully furnished including TV, sofa, dining table, kitchen cabinet, induction cooker, oven, fridge, bbq pit and some basic utensils.

Complete air conditioner in all bedrooms and living room. Water heater system are provided in all bathrooms. On top of that, we do provide washing machine for our guest convenience.

Wifi is AVAILABLE. We provide TV box which several countries live TV show, dramas, and also movies, besides, we also provide mahjong for entertainment.

There are no Grab services around at Desaru, guest can rent a car with Klezcar at Desaru. The best option is guest needs car to get around to any places and attractions.

From JB, u can drive thru by Senai-Desaru highway to desaru. Our homestay just 4 mins away from exit of Desaru highway toll only. From our homestay, it just need within 5mins to reach those shops and get some foods. It’s very easy to go around .

Smoking in the House and Toilets is NOT ALLOW! NO smoke in any form (cigarette, cigar, electronic cigarette, dissolvable tobacco, shisha, pipe, and/or weed) within the Property. (A cleaning fee of RM300 is incurred for the removal of cigarette smells.)

No Shoes in the house

Please lower down sound and music after 10pm.

Cleanliness of the Homestay to be observed all the times. We have the right to charge RM100 for cleaning fees if the unit is unclean during check out.

BBQ is allowed OUTDOOR ONLY. Please clean and wash all the provided utensil or/and kitchenware after party. (Extra RM200 cleaning fees will be charged should the above are not kept clean)

Steamboat is allowed indoor. Please clean and wash all the provided utensil or/and kitchenware after party.(Extra RM200 cleaning fees will be charged should the above are not kept clean)

Please don’t use our towels as floor mat and also noted that any stained bedsheet/duvet cover/pillow/towels are subject to replacement cost in between RM 25 to RM 150.

Please switch off all lights and air conditioners when leaving the homestay.

Please DO NOT MOVE any furnitures to anywhere, else RM200 will be fine for
it!

Please Keep the mahjong set well in the box. RM200 will be charged if missing.

Please utilise all furnished items, equipments, features and facilities with care at the homestay. Any damages and loss will be at the guests' own cost.

Any damages or missing of item(s) in the unit will be charge according to the item price list during check out.
