This is a newly turned over 24.50 sqm studio unit that is located at the 3rd floor of this building.

Make yourself at home as you will have the entire space. This unit is equipped with cooking materials where you can prepare for your food and utensils are also provided.

You can enjoy watching your favorite shows and movies as you have free access to Netflix & HBO GO. We also offer a high speed internet connection together with a landline for you to use during your stay.

We have a cozy and comfy beds that consists of a double bed, sofa bed and a single bed where we can accommodate a maximum of 5 persons that can sleep comfortably and peacefully.

If a hot shower is what your body craves then we got you covered. Our hot shower has a led indicator that shows the actual temperature of the water. Just be careful because it might be too hot to handle.

Stop wiping your butt, try using our bidet. Consider your hole life changed.

You have all you need as we also have a commercial space at the Persimmon Plus where there are establishments like 7-Eleven, 360 Pharmacy, Pan de Manila and more.

Wash, Dry & Fold. No time? No Problem! Laundry shop is available from 8AM to 6PM located at the ground floor of West Tower.

Are you looking for a car parking? You can actually park just at the front of the condo where the first 2 hours is free and succeeding hours will be 25 pesos per hour. We also have an overnight parking for 300 pesos but it is subject to availability.

This place comes equipped with a stunning infinity pool. The pool is free for the first 2 guests. Additional 100 pesos will be charge for adults and 50 pesos for kids.
