My 1-bedroom unit (38th Floor, Tower 3) is a 27.37 sq. m. space which is fully furnished and has a balcony with a magnificent view,especially at night, of the Makati skyline. The unit is conveniently located and you can easily go around Metro Manila as it is located along EDSA and connected to MRT Boni Station. SM Light Mall is located downstairs where you can watch a movie, eat in restaurants and do your groceries. It is likewise very near Robinsons Forum. NOTA BENE: Free use of the pool for two (2) guests. No smoking/vaping in the unit and balcony. Guests are required to post a security deposit equivalent to whichever is higher between 30% of the total rental fees or PhP 2000.00 , to be paid upon check-in. The security deposit shall be refunded upon check-out once it is confirmed that there are no damages caused by the guest to the unit or the appliances, wares, furniture or other things therein. The cleaning fee of PhP 500.00 is for the cleaning of the unit before arrival and after departure of a tenant/lessee. Should a tenant/lessee desire to have the unit cleaned during his/her stay, this would entail an additional cost of PhP500.00, which must be immediately paid after the unit is cleaned by the cleaner. In the same manner, should a tenant/lessee desire to have the beddings AND/OR towels changed, an additional PhP200.00 must likewise be paid at the time of changing the beddings/towels. Please note that these additional amounts are separate, and may not just be deducted, from the security deposit paid at the time of arrival and check-in of the tenant/lessee. Prior to the day of check-in, a copy of any government-issued ID of all guests must be provided to host for submission to the admin office of Light Residences. Whatever are posted in my listing (i.e.cookwares, toiletries, furniture, appliances) are what will be provided to the tenant for the duration of the stay. Any extra consumables or appliances shall already be at the expense of the tenant.
