House rules:
- This house can fit maximum 6pax.
- Please follow check-out time at 12:00pm in order for management to have enough housekeeping time for next check-in guest.
- Quiet Hours: from 10pm until 7am
- Lower your voice within the quiet hours to not disturbing neighbours.
- Switch off electric power every time before you leave the house, except Wifi modem please let it turn on.
- Always take care own belongings, do not leave behind your valuable items, management is not responsible on any loss of guest belongings.
- Management is not responsible for any mishaps and injuries happen in the house.
- Please take care of the house belongings, put back to original position after use.
- Pets of any kind are not allowed in the house.
- DO NOT park your vehicles in front of neighbours’ house.
- NO SMOKING in the house or air refreshing fee could be charged.
- DO NOT DIRTY house furniture or cleaning fee could be charged.
- NO DRUGS or any ILLEGAL activities are allowed in the house, management shall not liable on any legal action charge caused to you.
