And close to dining establishments, banks, entertainment spots and churches. - Taxi and Jeepneys always available in the vicinity area. - Additional parking fee 200php/night * Absolutely NO smoking inside the unit and at the hallways. * Please do not put the towels on the floor as bathroom floor mats. * Please throw your toilet/tissue paper into the trash bin, not in the toilet to avoid clogging issue. *If garbage bin is already full,kindly dispose the garbage bags,tie them and throw it near at the exit area and beside the stairs going down. *Tidy up the kitchen after cooking. wash the dishes and utensils after use and refrain cooking fish/dried fish. *Please switch off the lights ,hot and cold shower and the air-condition once you leave the unit. *AND Please be reminded that we collect a 2,000php SECURITY DEPOSIT upon check in, it will return upon check out, if no damages in the unit.
