Sincerite II is a 110m2 homestay which stays right in the center of District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. The home has a very convenient location and close to many famous tourist places including many famous food streets.

About security, you do not need to worry. There is a police station right across the street from the home. It is a 24/7 shift station with many cameras so no one will dare to do anything bad near the home.

The homestay is a second floor apartment hidden in an old building from the French colonial period. Even though the entrance is a bit small but when you enter the home, you will be overwhelmed by its spaciousness, cleanliness, quietness and windiness.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary tools for cooking a family meal: electric stove, electric cooker, microwave, refrigerator, pots, pans, chopsticks,… The home also has a washing machine and dryer.
The balcony is windy and has a beautiful view with many trees which is very suitable for taking chill pictures, especially in the afternoon.

The living room is spacious and has many toys such as Bluetooth speakers, Game NES and Smart TV. The sofa beds can be easily turned into beds for up to 3 people.

The friendship bedroom is suitable for up to 4 people. It has 2 1.4m beds putting side by side. The home does have 2 private bedrooms. Each has 1 King Size bed suitable for 2 people.

The bathrooms are very large and have water heater for rainy days in Saigon.

For parking your motorcycles or cars, there is a place which is not very far, only 50m from the apartment.

The entrance is 1.5m wide and 6m in length.

At day time, checking in or getting through the entrance is easy.

At night after 9:00PM, some residents in the building park their bikes along side the 6 meters entrance making it narrow. For person to pass through the 6 meters entrance is easy. But if you carry large luggages when checking in, it will be harder to get through. The good thing is that after getting through that 6 meters entrance, it will be very easy to get upstairs, and the house is just on the second floor of the builiding.
