Consist of 3 separate bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and fridge, and 2 bathrooms. A flat-screen TV is available. Full set of sofa minimalistic concept at living room. Dining table made of teak wood.

Air conditioned available only in master bedroom. We offered 3 queen bed for three bedroom. Free car park and wide courtyard in-front of the demised property. This is private area with fully gated property.

All space in Homestay Che Yang will be given for full access. This is Semi-D House. The courtyard in-front of the property will be shared with my tenant -beside the Homestay Che Yang. On the left hand side of the Homestay Che Yang where the owner live in - Double Storey Bungalow

If you need help, just come over my house located beside your stay.

In 1 acre of land, there are double storey bungalow house (owner house) and 2 Semi-D houses. Fenced area to guarantee privacy and comfort. This area is a private area. There is no specific obstacle for the end user on the condition of requesting permission from the owner first in any unforeseen situation.

There is no restriction on common area eg: courtyard in-front of the Homestay Che Yang which used to be kids playground late evening. Parking only at the parking space provided. Allowed to park at courtyard max 3 cars.
