Our place is a quiet place where you get to enjoy Baguio's night view at the garden area. Its within the city, about 3-5 minutes and you will be at some famous tourist spots.

It is a 25sqm. Studiotype unit that can accomodate up to 5 pax (maximum).

It is fully furnished unit with smart tv, refrigerator, induction stove, rice cooker and an electric kettle readily available for use. Basic kitchen and dining utensils are also available.

We also have a 20mbps wifi inside the unit.

Neighborhood is generally peaceful but you will hear bells ringing early in the morning and at night time since Peak Gardens Residences is very near Don Bosco Parish Church

HOUSE RULES:
1. NO SMOKING inside and outside your unit. The designated smoking area is at the GARDEN AREA outside.
2. OBSERVE SILENCE especially at night time.
3. OBSERVE CLEANLINESS. Clean as you go (CLAYGO) is our motto. Do not leave unclean utensils on the kitchen sink. ALWAYS SEGGREGATE YOUR GARBAGE. Separate the biodegradable from the non-biodegradable ones. If you have cars with you, DO NOT LEAVE THRASHES FROM YOUR VEHICLE IN THE PARKING AREA.
4. The appliances and furnitures inside the unit are free to be use but we would like to remind you to use it with utmost care. ANY DAMAGES in the appliances and furnitures including all fixtures incurred during your stay will be charged to you.
5. Please TURN-OFF and UNPLUG all the lights and appliances when not in use and especially before you check-out. ONLY THE WIFI MODEM (INCLUDING THE MESH) AND THE REFRIGERATOR will be kept plugged when you leave.
6. TOWELS AND DRINKING WATER ARE NOT INCLUDED. We want to remind you to BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS and drinking water with you.
7. WE HAVE CHARGES FOR EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT. For early check-in, we charge Five Hundred Pesos (P500.00) and the earliest possible time of check-in is at 12noon.
For late check-out, we also charge Five Hundred Pesos (P500.00) for late check-out and it is up to 6pm only.
ALL CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT REQUESTS NEEDS OUR APPROVAL.
8. Our internet speed is at 20mbps, strong enough for 5-6 guests. But there are times guests experience slow and intermittent internet connection, that is beyond our control. Technical issues will be properly addressed to the internet provider.
