THE HOUSE RULES: • CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Standard check-in time is any time after 4 p.m. (GST) and check-out time is before 12 p.m. (GST). We accept requests for early check-ins or late check-outs; however, all requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note, that any requests are confirmed 24 hours in advance. • LIVING MANNERS: If anything has been damaged or broken, we request guests to have the courtesy to alert us of the same. If the state of the unit at check-out is remarkably unclean, additional cleaning fees will be applicable. • OCCUPANCY: Guests are allowed to host their guests at the property – in case there will be more than 2 visitors, management approval must be taken. It is not permitted for day visitors to spend the night without prior approval and notice - additional charges may be levied per extra guest. • SMOKING: Guests may smoke in designated smoking areas and open spaces such as backyards, balconies, and terraces – where cleanliness must be maintained using the placed ashtrays. Smoking is not allowed in enclosed areas - breaking this rule may impose a fine of up to $500 USD. • PETS: We allow certain breeds of cats and dogs in our accommodations. Please contact us prior to making a reservation to request the same and note that additional fees may be applicable. • EXTENSION: We request guests to inform us of any extension requests at the earliest possible - with a minimum notice of 48 hours prior to check-out. Any extension requests are subject to availability and nightly rates according to the season.
