About the Apartment:
This 30-sqm apartment is located on the 1st floor of a residential building with an elevator. There is a space that can be used as a living, dining or home office area. It is furnished with a sofa bed, flat-screen TV and a dining table and chairs. There is a high-speed Wi-Fi Internet connection to allow you to stay connected throughout your stay. The fully equipped kitchen has a sink, toaster, electric tea kettle, refrigerator, stove, drip coffee machine, oven, microwave and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. There is a clothes washer and drying rack for your convenience. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are also at your disposal.

The bedroom faces the street and is furnished with a double bed with a superior quality mattress. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as luxury bath towels for each guest. The flat has one shower room with a shower/bathtub and sink. The toilet is located in a separate water closet. On arrival, complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap will be provided to start off your stay. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer.

The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but we will be happy to provide you with fans for your visit should warm temperatures be in the Paris weather forecast. You’ll be provided with personal guidebook with suggestions on where to eat and shop in Paris. Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival.

Important Information and Policies
- Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Any arrivals after 19:00 must be confirmed in advance, bearing in mind the reservations center is only open until 20:00 and support may not be available after this hour.
- Check-out is by 10:00AM.
- Final cleaning fee: 85€
- Damage Deposit. A damage deposit payment of 800 is required before arrival by credit card.
- Strictly NON-smoking.
- Pets NOT allowed
- The apartment is not suitable for parties and the maximum number of guests should not exceed 4 people.
- Minimum age. The main booker must be at least 25 years of age or older. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed.

*In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you: if you arrive between 8:00PM and 11:00PM there will be a €50 late check-in fee. If you arrive even later, after 11:00PM, the check-in fee will be €90. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point.

Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, to show the unit to potential purchasers or tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during your stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and you cannot be contacted in time. In these situations, Management can enter the property at any time without giving you prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property potential new guests between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00.

Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.

About the Paris 11th Arrondissement Location:
The lively, up and coming 11th Arrondissement of Paris is the perfect location for those who want to experience Paris like a true local. The neighbourhood is home to two fantastic farmers’ markets, the Marche de Richard Lenoir and the Marché d’Aligre where you’ll find great fresh produce, French cheese, fish, meats and charcuterie, lavender soaps and more. Visiting these Parisian markets is a great way to mix for the locals and get a taste (literally!) of daily life. Père Lachaise Cemetery is just a few blocks away and the resting place of some of France's most notable writers and more. The ESCP Business School is closeby, making the area perfect for relatives visiting students on campus. The area is surrounded by French bistros and brasseries, hip restaurants, Michelin-starred chefs and more. The Canal Saint Martin is nearby and a lovely spot for an afternoon stroll or evening aperitif. Don’t forget to visit the Promenade Plantée, a Parisian favourite for jogging and walking on an elevated park above the city. With close proximity to the Metro station Rue Saint-Maur (Line 3), accessing other areas of the Paris is extremely easy. Just hop on a train to reach the Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysees and Arc de Triomphe, Montmartre and the Sacre Coeur and more! The Line 1 will quickly take you to Les Halles, giving you an easy link to Charles de Gaulle and Orly Airports from central Paris.
