Building's carpark is autopay machine car pay parking system. Parking is RM5 flat rate per entry (Only for in house guest and need to validate at the counter). Please prepare small notes to pay as machine accepts RM 1,RM 5 or RM 10 only.

o Entry to the swimming pool is limited to fifteen (15) persons at anyone (1) time.
o Maximum pool usage duration of the pool is 2 hours per person.
o Children who are 17 years old and below must be accompanied and supervised by their parents or an adult who shall be responsible for their safety.
o Children 17 years old and below are NOT ALLOWED in the gym.
o Proper swimming attire must be worn by all users.
