We personally created and arranged our space to ensure that our guests have everything they need for a pleasurable and memorable stay. Features includes a water heater, microwave, a toaster, a rice cooker, an electric water kettle, a water dispenser, air conditioning in each bedroom, a ceiling fan and a stand fan, ample cookware and utensils, a two-burner induction cook stove, an iron and an ironing board, a hair dryer, a closet in each bedroom, a shoe rack/bench, two umbrellas, a first aid kit, sewing kit, and free access to the swimming pool, gym and game room. Our place is ideal for any type of guest.

The Iloilo Esplanade Walk is directly across the street and a wonderful, secure location for a stroll along the river. The Molo Mansion and Molo Church are close by. The GT Mall, Iloilo Supermart, a number of eateries, ATMs, and a 7 Eleven near the entrance are all accessible on foot as well. 10 minute ride to SM City Mall, 5 minutes to Shops At Atria, and 6 minutes to Sn R Membership store with various US goods. ICC and Feastive Walk Mall are both near to our place.

At the One Spatial entrance, taxis and jeepneys are easily accessible. You can also ask the security guard in the lobby to call a taxi on your behalf.
