為維護每位住宿旅客住宿環境,請各位一同遵守使用 In order to maintain the accommodation environment for each passenger, please follow the instructions.Dear Guests: 1.房費完款經住宿方確認下訂房型後便不再受理任何退款取消事宜 No refund or cancellation will be accepted upon confirmation by the lodging party. 2.入房時間16PM後/退房時間11AM前. Check-in time 16PM/check-out time 11AM. 3.每間房皆附有室內拖给室內旅客使用,請勿順手牽羊,違者將通報 Each room is equipped with indoor tow for indoor passengers. Do not take the sheep by hand. Violators will be notified. 4.禁止酗酒,喧嘩,毒品轟趴,召妓,或嗑藥等任何非法行為 一經發現將報警處理及要求退房處理，而已付款之房費皆不退還. Prohibit any illegal activities such as drinking, making noise, drugging, prostitution, or taking drugs. No refund will be made on all paid room charges if found. 5.房內使用空間之寢具家飾用品如遭毀損.偷竊遺失, 除照價三倍賠償外並保留法律追訴權 Bedclothes and accessories used in the room are damaged. Steal and lose,Except for compensation at three times the price and reserve the right to prosecute 6.為響應環保節能減碳,請離/退房時隨手關閉電器及冷熱水 To help save energy and reduce carbon, please turn off the electric appliances and hot and cold water immediately when you leave/check out. 7.如廁時請勿將使用完畢之衛生紙及衣物丟入馬桶以免造成堵塞 Do not throw used toilet paper or clothing into the toilet bowl to avoid clogging 8.為維護住宿品質,請於晚上22點後降低您的音量避免影響他人 To maintain the quality of your accommodation, please turn down your volume after 22:00 p.m. to avoid affecting others. 9.房內禁止火烹煮食物及養寵物.如經發現一律勸導及拒接待 Do not cook food or keep pets by fire. If found, advise and refuse hospitality 10.逾時退房:每30分鐘50元,最晚退房至下午兩點 Late check-out: $ 50 per 30 minutes, latest check-out until 2:00 pm. 11.親愛的旅客請您離開前確認您自身貴重物品,如離開後住宿方一律不保管也不負責賠償 "Dear passengers, please confirm your valuables before you leave. If you leave, the lodging party will not keep them or be liable for compensation." 12.客房鑰駛若有遺失則酌收新台幣800元工本費 If the room key is lost, a cost of NT$800 will be charged. 13.辦理退房時請您將客房鑰駛請放置客房內桌上並拍照回傳給客服 Please put the room key on the room table and take a photo to the guest service when you check out 14.提醒你,冷氣為變頻恆溫,熱機時間較長,溫度請控制25度,切勿調整 至最低溫,如調整至暖氣,請記得退房前調至冷氣在使用遙控器關電源 Air-conditioning is variable frequency constant temperature. The heat engine time is longer. Please control the temperature to 25 degrees. Do not adjust the temperature.to the lowest temperature. If you adjust the temperature to warm up, remember to adjust the temperature to air-conditioning before checking out. Use the remote control to turn off the power 15.為了房客安全,我們在客房內的熱水器安裝儲熱水型 如天氣急遽降溫,會發生忽冷忽熱或直接變冷水之情況 For the safety of our tenants,we installed a hot water storage type in our room water heaters.If the temperature drops sharply,it will be cold,hot or cold. 16.若客房內電視無法觀看使用方法 請幫我們檢查並按照操作 《安博盒子》 打開電視螢幕和機上盒確認都有亮燈 若是螢幕無法用遙控器開啟 請找尋螢幕側邊或後面的電源開關 確認螢幕和機上盒都有開之後 請操作遙控器連上自己手機的網路即可選台觀看 若還是無法觀看可能遙控器沒電或訊號源跑掉 調整訊號源HDMI1或2或3有畫面後即可觀看 《黑色盒子:群健電視》 打開電視螢幕和機上盒確認都有亮燈 若是螢幕無法用遙控器開啟 請找尋螢幕側邊或後面的電源開關 確認螢幕和機上盒都有開之後,即可觀看 若還是無法觀看可能遙控器沒電或訊號源跑掉 調整訊號源HDMI1或2或3有畫面後即可觀看 (如照實操作還是無法觀看請聯繫客服人員Online 協助) 17.房內無提供互聯網WIFI服務,且無提供收據發票核銷報帳 Internet Wi-Fi service is not provided and receipts are not provided. 18.房間為簡單型入住,所以響應環保僅提供一次性用具 不織布浴巾（紙浴巾）、洗髮精包、沐浴乳包、吹風機、牙膏刷組 "The room is simple, so only disposable bath towels (paper towels), shampoo, bath cream, hairdryer and toothpaste are provided in response to environmental protection 19.本館採全自助式入住 付費方式：匯款/指定地點付款/刷卡需加% We offer full self-service accommodation, plus % for remittance/card payment before check-in 20.本館全面禁菸,無提供WIFI,房型一律隨機排房 "No smoking, no Wi-Fi, all rooms are arranged randomly." 21.房客於booking/agoda/airbanb 其中之平台預訂房型後請立即當天22點前聯繫我們線上line客服完成確認房型手續,若逾時住宿方將以不保證空房接待告知 Tenants are advised to contact Online Customer Service immediately after booking on the platform of Booking/agoda/Airbanb to complete the confirmation procedures.
