Villa Mika @ Bukit Mahkota is a double-storey semi-d house located in Seksyen 6, Bukit Mahkota. Just within 10 minutes to Bangi Wonderland Waterpark and also KUIS. With 3 airconditioned bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, plenty of space for your family!

Beds and towels are enough for8 pax. But you can fit up to 10-12 pax comfortably (can stay on the sofa & bring your own toto and towels).

Villa Mika @ Bukit Mahkota is spacious, have 2 living halls and also have a garden where you can hangout outdoors. You’ll love my place because of the spacious rooms and comfy beds.

1. The Space

Layout: Semi-D Double Storey House with Lawn.
Furnishing: Fully furnished with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and ceiling fans, and living hall on Ground Floor and 1st Floor.
Bathrooms: Total of 3 bathrooms. All bathrooms that are attached with the bedrooms are equipped with water heater. Free body wash provided in all bathrooms.
Driveway : Can accommodate two cars
(Can fit 2-3 more cars in front of the house). Please do not exceed 5 cars.

2. The Capacity

Villa Mika @ Bukit Mahkota can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably on real King, Queen and Super Single beds. However, if you bring your own toto and pillows, we can actually accommodate up to 12 people comfortably hence it would be a perfect place for a family and friends stay.

There are 2 living halls available inside the house, one is located on the Ground Floor (equipped with sofa and TV set) and another one is located in the first floor, equipped with a retro sofa set and retro TV set with retro games.

3. The Dine

The dining room is equipped with 4-seater dining table.

We provide simple kitchenette for basic cooking. Our kitchenette facilities include refrigerator, kettle, necessary utensils and is ready to be used. We provide microwave/oven for heating or multipurpose cooking (single induction cooker is available for basic cooking). We also provide simple water filter for your usage.

3. The Comfort

We provide real bed to our beloved customers. Our beds are equipped with comfortable pillows, linens and blankets.

3 bedrooms are air-conditioned + ceiling fans.

All the bathrooms are equipped with water heater and soap dispenser for your comfort.

4. Other Amenities

- We also provide 1 set of iron and iron board for you.
- Prayer mats for Muslims are provided.
- We provide 6 units of towels for your stay.
- We provide sofa bed for your use.

5. Indoor leisure and entertainment

Our TV set is equipped with Astro Njoi. We also provide some reading materials should you plan to stay indoors so that you can fill up your time and will never be bored.

7. Security

Our house is located in a gated guarded residential area. You will need to be registered in order to be able to enter the area.

8. Live and Play

The house is located just about 5 km from Bangi Wonderland Water Theme Park.

The guest can access the whole house except for the store room.

Minimal interaction is provided, so you can stay in the house with privacy. However, should you need any help or have any questions, you can reach us by phone in which phone number will be given upon check in.
