▪︎ 1 jeepney away to UST - 5 to 7 mins away

✅ It's the 2nd floor of our HOME NOT A CONDO. Yet it has a private entrance(stairs) going to it. 😊

✅️ The garage and staircase going upstairs is for renovation - please be reminded about this inconvenience.

✅ Quiet time: 12 mn til 6am.

✅ Only fit and well and CoVid vaccinated guests are accepted. (Kids are exception)

✅ Pay parking - 250php per night
(Street parking in front of the house)

✅ Unregistered guest are NOT allowed.

✅️ Smoking inside the house is NOT allowed.
