About the Apartment:
This 23-sqm studio apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a residential building without an elevator. The studio apartment has a living/sleeping area with a sofa (bed) and plenty of storage space. There is a high-speed Wi-Fi Internet connection to allow you to stay connected throughout your stay. The fully equipped kitchen has an electric tea kettle, sink, toaster, full refrigerator, stove, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, dishwasher and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. There is a clothes washer and drying rack for your convenience. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are also at your disposal.

The studio faces rue Bude in Paris. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as luxury bath towels for each guest. The flat has one bathroom accessible via the hallway with a shower, toilet and sink. On arrival, complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap will be provided to start off your stay. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer.

The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but we will be happy to provide you with fans for your visit should warm temperatures be in the Paris weather forecast. You'll be provided with personal guidebook with suggestions on where to eat and shop in Paris. Our guests' safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival.

Important Information and Policies
- Check-in starts from 3:00PM.
- Check-out is by 10:00AM.
- Final cleaning fee: 85 EUR
- Damage Deposit. A damage deposit payment of 800 is required before arrival by credit card.
- Strictly NON-smoking.
- Pets NOT allowed
- The apartment is not suitable for parties and the maximum number of guests should not exceed 3 people.
- Minimum age. The main booker must be at least 25 years of age or older. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed.

*In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you: if you arrive between 7:00PM and 10:00PM there will be a €50 late check-in fee. If you arrive even later, after 10:00PM, the check-in fee will be €90. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point.

Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, to show the unit to potential purchasers or tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during your stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and you cannot be contacted in time. In these situations, Management can enter the property at any time without giving you prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property potential new guests between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00.

Note: Any arrivals after 19:00 must be confirmed in advance, bearing in mind the reservations center is only open until 20:00 and support may not be available after this hour.Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.

About the Paris 4th Arrondissement Location:
Le Marais is regarded as one of the best Parisian neighbourhoods, home to the historic Hotel de Ville de Paris and the famous BHV department store, a staple shopping center for Parisians. The magnificent Place des Vosges is easily reachable by foot and is worth visiting. A favourite green space of Parisians, on a sunny Parisian day, you’ll find this square full of people having a picnic and children playing in its many fountains. The historic arcades surrounding the square house fine art galleries, chic restaurants, stree musicians and the former home of French writer Victor Hugo, the man behind works such as Les Miserables et Notre Dame de Paris. Marais is full of restaurants, boulangeries and shopping opportunities. Take a tour along the Quai de l’Arsenal to see some of the famous Parisian “péniches”, or houseboats. You can also take a cruise on the Canal Saint Martin. Stoll past the Bastille and towards the River Seine to reach the Ile Saint Louis, home of Berthillon ice cream, or the Ile de la Cite, home to the Notre Dame Cathedral. With its close proximity to thePont Marie (Line 7), accessing other areas of the Paris is extremely easy. Just hop on a train to reach the Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysees and Arc de Triomphe, Montmartre and the Sacre Coeur and more! The Line 1 will quickly take you to Les Halles, giving you an easy link to Charles de Gaulle and Orly Airports from central Paris.
