There are two king-sized bed waiting in two of the bedrooms and the other has two single beds. All of the bed are equipped with comfortable mattress and fitted with high-quality linens for a good night's sleep. There are two balconies and one can be accessed from one of the bedrooms and the other is from the dining area.

Bathrooms have soft towels, plus shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion are all provided to the guests.

Downtown Dubai is a prime location - Dubai Mall, Dubai Fountain, Burj Khalifa, Dubai Opera, and a lot more are right on your doorstep. An endless selection of restaurants, cafes, and shops await you. You can also easily access Dubai International Trade Centre Exhibition Halls by riding a train at the metro station. It’s the place to be!

To escape the city buzz, the beach (Kite Beach) is only about 15 minutes away. You can be sure to enjoy every bit of it!

The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis frequent around here to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a taxi.

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai by riding a train, the Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall metro station is 11 minutes away. You can get on a train and get around Dubai easily.

Many things are accessible on foot as well (restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, supermarkets).

The fastest and easiest way from DXB by taxi (30min). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (45 minutes, 7.5 AED per person).

If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!

House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.
