Mayumi - tropical escape like no other. Nestled on the widest beachfront area of Station 1 at the famed White Beach, Mayumi Beach Villa is an exclusive beachfront Villa that promises a relaxing and luxurious hideaway; without compromising privacy and the convenience to revel in everything the island has to offer.

This impressive fully-furnished three-storey villa offers front row seats to stunning sea views, soothing sounds of paradise.

Spacious and tastefully furnished, Mayumi Beach Villa provides its guests with optimum comfort and enjoyment.

3 Bedrooms with King-sized beds and 2 bedrooms with 2 twin Beds. All bedrooms have their own aircon, 40inch TV, ensuite bathrooms with towels, soap, shampoo, body wash, hairdryer.

Wifi in all the house including bedrooms. The house includes 3 full time maids. The staff will cook, clean and cater to your special requirements. They can even arrange a barbecue for you directly on the beach!

If you want a professional chef for a special dinner, please let us know in advance and we will try to book one depending on availability.

Mayumi also have a 24hr back up generator in case of power outages.

Each floor is tastefully decorated with local original artwork, beach accents, and traditional Filipino fixtures. Floor to ceiling sliding doors and windows in all beachfront rooms give guests unobstructed views of the turquoise sparkly waters of the island.

The Ground Floor and Upper Floors have an identical layout and has expansive guest rooms, with walls ingeniously made of “sawali” or woven bamboo splints, bringing the outside vibe in.
The rooms features comfortable king size beds, guaranteeing a good night’s sleep. Our rooms offers plenty of natural sunlight and cool ventilation through its floor to ceiling glass windows and sliding doors.

MAYUMI BEACH HOUSE is located at the northern end of Station 1 of the World-famous White Beach of Boracay. Known to be the most pristine, peaceful, exclusive and with the finest powdery White Sand; Station 1 is home to the Boracay landmark “Willy’s Rock” or more popularly known as the Grotto.

Station 1 is the best place to relax and unwind as there are only a few people that stays on this area. At dusk, Station 1 turns into a playground for locals and tourists who come to enjoy a game of beach football, Frisbee, or volleyball with the colorful daily sunset spectacle as a perfect backdrop.

With high-end hotels, Station 1 is just a stone’s throw away from the island’s best nightlife and international dining options are within a few minutes walking distance. The main road is very accessible from MAYUMI where guests can easily hail a tricycle (the most common public transportation option) to get to the island’s busy center or to explore the island’s many other beaches and attraction

To reduce noise from houses and and premises, the law defines a maximum amount of noise which is acceptable until 10PM. When noise exceeds after permitted time, the local government can investigate and take action againts the property.
