This cozy and affordable studio room for rent near NAIA Terminal 3 is located at the 3rd floor of a newly-built building with wide hallways. Unfortunately, there's no elevator yet.

This room has a queen-sized bed which is just right for solo travelers, couples or small families. It has its own toilet and bath with a hot and cold shower. Basic tableware is also available.

The building has 7-Eleven Convenience Store below, located near Maricaban Police Precinct, Southstart Drug and lots of eateries -some of which are open for 24 hours.

The neighborhood has lots of commercial establishments selling food and other necessities. Just below the building is a 7-Eleven Convenience Store. Right in front of the building is a carinderia/canteen which is also open 24 hours.

The police precinct is only a few steps from the building so you would feel safe walking around the street.

The most convenient way to reach the unit is by taking a taxi or Grab car. We strongly recommend you to take a Grab car or download the app if you don't have it yet. There are dishonest taxi drivers who overcharge and will take you around in circles.
Jeeps, buses, and e-jeeps are the other means of transportation to get to the building from the airport. E-pedicabs and tricycles are easily available to get around the area.

This is a budget accommodation. Please bring your own towels and toiletries as these are not included in the room rate.
