The villa is composed of:

3 bedrooms with ensuite-bathroom and wc.

Each room has a wardrobe to store your belongings, a safe, hair dryer, air conditioning and a desk for whom to seek a place for work in two of those three bedrooms.

A living room with fully equipped kitchen with toaster, blender, rice cooker, fridge, microwave, hob, kettle, … dining areas, sofa area, air conditioning and smart TV.

An outdoor area with garden, 7 x 4 m swimming pool and sun beds to relax and enjoy the sun.

What is the best way to enjoy a cool drink while you're grilling your favorite food in our barbecue.

NOTE:

All of our employees are vaccinated and required to follow strict health protocols and procedures to protect our guests and themselves, such as wearing face masks, using hand sanitizer, and washing their hands before and after work.

We disinfect spray and deep clean our entire Villa after each check out to ensure that we welcome new guests in a safe and pristine environment.

The entire VILLA IS PRIVATE, just for your use, including the garden, pool and the scooter parking. Warning : Cars have to park in the street, 150 meter away from the villa.

Guests have access to the whole villa except the storage.

The villa is located in Canggu area, few minutes away from the Batu Bolong beach, with all kind of bars, restaurants, shop.

There is currently a construction that is next to the villa. Noise may occur from 9am to 5 am until end of October 2022. For this reason we have discounted our price. Sorry for the incnvenience.

As a citizen of the world, we invite you to respect Indonesian laws and Balinese culture.

NOISE :

To do this, we ask you not to have noisy parties in the villa and not to put the music too loud at nightfall.

ILLEGAL PRODUCTS:
We remind you that the use of illegal substances is prohibited on Indonesian territory, which can be punished with a heavy penalty (death penalty in Indonesia!).

MAINTENANCE:

If you need anything or have a problem with your stay at our villa, please let us know so we can find a solution.

SECURITY:

When you move around, remember to lock the doors and put valuables in the safe if you don't need them.

TO SMOKE :

Travelers are permitted to smoke only in outdoor areas. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the bedrooms and the living room.

In case of non-compliance, a penalty of 1 million Indonesian rupees will be charged.

GUESTS:

We remind you that you are personally responsible for the people who would be invited at your request or that of your guests in the villa.

RESPECT FOR STAFF:

Our staff is at your disposal to help you have a pleasant stay. We therefore ask you to respect it. In this case, our cleaning staff. Please do not unduly degrade or soil the villa. You have trash cans at your disposal. Please use them.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without the possibility of reimbursement if one or more rules have been broken.

REGISTRATION:

CHECK IN starts from 2:00 p.m.

If you do not know your exact arrival time, you will be able to access the villa through the ongoing self-check-in process.

For arrivals before 6 p.m., if you let us know the exact time of your arrival + or - 30 minutes, staff will be waiting for you on site. Out of respect for them, if you cannot arrive on time, please let us know. If your arrival time is 30 minutes later than the time you told us previously, you will need to proceed through the self-check-in system to avoid our staff waiting too long. Thanks for understanding.
