A hair dryer is provided in the master bedroom. You'll appreciate that after a nice dip in the amazing swimming pool.

Enjoy creating your favorite meal in our full sized kitchen. Have an extra large fridge means you can store a few weeks worth of groceries in it which will save you time and money from going to the market often each week.

Your kitchen has a double wide 601+ liter LG inverter refrigerator (can make and crush ice), induction stovetop, pots/pans and most of the accessories you'll need to cook a delicious meal.

The leather sofa is great for the family to enjoy watching a Netflix movie on the 4K HDTV. The sofa can be converted into a bed so you can comfortably sleep there after watching a movie.

Living room fan must be powered on with the light switch on right side of the sofa. The remote control next to it controls the light and fan speed. Please leave it in the holder as replacement cost will be 5 million VND.

An amazing swimming pool awaits on floor 2:
The entire family can swim or exercise in the huge infinity pool (free to use). Or let the kids play in the playroom opposite the swimming pool.

If you want to learn what locals do, you might want to try taking public transit to District 1. It only costs 30k VND (have cash ready).
Walk to Huynh Tan Phat road and take Bus #20 or #75. There are two bus stops near us (sign depicts a bus with green background). Expect 2 of these every half an hour unless it's a holiday (roughly 10-15 minutes apart).

The swimming pool is CLOSED every so often for pool maintenance (usually 24 hours). This is why our pools are always clean and top quality! If use of the pool is everything extremely important, please inquire before (URL HIDDEN)

Noise curfew time is from 11pm to 6am
