The owner, who has lived in Koh Chang for 14 years, occupies the top floor (under the roof)of the large building. Guests have a private entrance to the building and share the staircase with the owner and his family. Pearl Beach is situated between White Sand Beach and Chai Chet, two of the most attractive beaches in Koh Chang.

Trash will be removed every 2-3 days, during cleaning of the property
Electricity will be billed according to usage and is payable upon checkout. As an approximate guide, guests can expect to pay 1200 baht per week for average use.
The beach immediately in front of the property is round stone (not sand).
