The área is idea for turist as it is in San Fernando very céntric. There are bread Shop, phamarcy, spar supermarket, mercadona café shops.Duna and restaurantes in less than five minutes walking distance. It algo not far from the dunas maspalomas beach les than five euros in taxi. It ten minutes walking distance from jumbo shoping center. Florencia private apartament is a quiet and clean flat to relax.

From the airport you can take bus 66,90, to get down by gran chaparrel and walk to san fernando shopping center straight pass the taxi stop and take left walking till you see the sport Shop and look oposite the sport Shop follow the small road and walk right in your first cross you stand there and let me know that you are out side the flat i will just come out and welcome you to your flat with the keys.cheers.

In Gran Canaria the the tap water is only use for shawer and toilet clean dishes. Not recomended for drinking and cooking as it has cal.
