Guest access:
Guests of the property can use the shared bathroom, kitchen, and outdoor deck.

Bathroom:
-Limit of 45min total bathroom use to avoid congestion. We are working on some repairs on the second bathroom. :)

Kitchen:
-Basic cooking utensils, pots and pans are available.
-Please label food accordingly when storing inside the refrigerator or freezer

Outdoor deck:
-Mosquito zappers and fly repelling fans available. Please ask staff for assistance if they are not there. :)

Strict House Rules:

General rules:
NO visitors of guests guests allowed inside the premises. Only guests registered for the room are allowed.
NO pets allowed.
Clean as you go policy for bathrooms and kitchen since these spaces are shared.

Outdoor deck rules:
NO drinking of alcohol allowed.
NO unauthorized photoshoots or parties allowed.
NO socializing on the outdoor deck after 10pm.
Smoking ONLY at designated smoking table.

Please note that we are very strict with these rules and that we have kicked out unruly guests that have disturbed or held parties before.
